So I got the gtx 660 to help my gaming performance. So I put the graphics card in and it fit my hp pavilion's graphics card slot so I look for a place to hook up the 6 pin power for it, and it's no where to be found. So I find that a power adaptor came with it. I still can't find a place to put it. My power unit has a 24 pin power cord and a 4 pin cord coming from it
Sorry I'm new to this whole thing but I need to know what atx cord needs a adaptor, the 24 pin (which is for atx power) or the 4pin (which is for atx CPU)

the 24 pin goes to the motherboard. the 4 pin goes to the cpu (the 4 holes near the socket.) can you post a picture of the power adapter?
