Best fan setup for my case? PICTURES!

So, what is the best setup for my fans? My rig gets really hot so im wondering whats wrong. Case: NZXT H230

Notes: CPU cooler can only be oriented that way. Wood board under case for airflow from bottom fan and PSU

Looks like a good setup, The only way I can see of improving it is just using better fans. Why do you say its getting hot inside? how are your cpu/gpu temps?
