Hello

So I overclocked my AMD Phenom x6 1055T for the first time.
And I used Prime 95 as stress test and got this error 1 min into running it
Alos my Temp rise too over 70 °C wich is not normal according too the guide.
Any suggestions ?

FATAL ERROR: Resulting sum was 4.485371446637661e+016, expected: 4.485371527768647e+016

I used these links as guides

By just setting
CPU overclocked to 3.85 GHz , Idle running at 53°C with case open.

Ratio:14.0
FSB :275
DRAM:1466
CoreV: 1.475 V
DRAMV: 1.650 V

My Specs
---------------
- ASUS M5A88-V EVO
- 8 GB Kingsten HyperX DDR3 - 1600
- Corsair PSU 650 W
- 2x WesternDigital Blue Cav. 160 GB
- MSI GTX 560Ti Twin Frozr
- Zalman CPU Cooler CNPS 5X Performa

Solution
You overclocked it too much. It heated up too much. It caused the hard drives to overheat. They then gave a checksum (data integrity) error.

Don't overclock so much - it gets too hot. Maybe you've got a small case too.

Well its a Midi-Tower but is small indeed I have the Side plate removed too
What frequency should I drop my CPU too?
And how does it affect my HDD?

Drop your Vcore to 1.3V

Even your ram voltage should only be 1.5V

Have you been playing with it?

Try a bios reset.

What power supply - make and model?

Can you download and run HWINFo - Sensors and post the results. After the bios reset and voltages dropped down.

Sorry for the extreme late reply couldn't use PC for a while after work and forgot about this thread and recently found it again and thought it would be fair to reply cause you actually helped me.

After the failed OC I just reset everything back to default and just turned on the built in Turbo function on
the motherboard that OC's the CPU to 3300 MHz when needed , its working fine now.
I also recently Updated the BIOS version dunno if that helps with the OC.

Dafault CoreV: 1.38 V

Temps
-------------

CPU Load : Between 60 and 70 °C (Depending on the game)
