I've been wanting to buy a gaming pc for awhile now and I don't know how to pick out the parts I want a computer to play modern games at round 30-40 fps on medium settings , also if you know a computer with the things I want please name it in your response , my budget is 450-550$ I don't need a keyboard or mouse . One more thing If the parts or computer you list are under or in the 500$ area I also need a cheap monitor for about 50-100$.
