I finished my first custom PC build last week. I seem to be having a problem with my harddrive though. Like I said in the title, I've narrowed it down to not recognizing my HD at bootup. It happens pretty much every time I turn my PC off and back on. It will recognize my drive if I go into the motherboard settings, and I can select and boot into my drive from there. It's just a standard 1 TB drive that worked fine in my previous PC.

Does anybody know what this could be? I've checked my HD for errors multiple times and there aren't any. I suspect it might be something to do with the whole UEFI thing that came in this MOBO. I'm running Windows 7 on this MOBO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Try fitting a fresh CMOS battery on the motherboard (small coin-type battery, usually CR2032 - 3v).
Fit it with + side facing up.
