The way to know if a graphics card is compatible is by looking at the motherboard.

Your specific motherboard has a PCI Express x16 (Gen3.0) slot.

That means that you can drop any pci express card you want in it and it will run IF your computer has a strong enough power supply and your case is big enough to actually physically fit the card inside.

You have a 600w power supply, a good cpu i5 4570, and the proper pcie 3.0 slot.

State your budget, and the specific games you want to play.

People here can help you choose a gpu that will fit your needs.

look, of course you can put any graphics card into your pc, you just have too make sure there is enough room for it. But looking at your specs it would say that it wouldn't really slow it down. How much were you looking to spend? (I would recommend an r9 270x or 280x for a huge performance boost

hey guys, thanks for answering. my budget would be about $300-400... the closer to $300 the better.
Im a relatively new pc gamer and my friends recommended me to play counter strike go, dota2, LoL, battlefield 4 and pretty much most of the new gen games. they've also kept talking about this game called crisis 3 and how its a tough game to run.

i have had a look and is interested with these two:
*gtx 760 OC 4gb

*radeon r9 270

Also, would the pins, gb, brand (evga, msi, etc.) matter?

thanks again
