The title discribes nearly erverything but it should be possible to play games like Dayz on medium or even high settings with 50 fps.
If that is possible with that budget.
Only sites that ship to NZ.

Extremely possible. For compatibility with many games I suggest you get an NVidia video card; for affordability get an AMD processor. The rest is up to you.
