What wattage PSU for my new computer build?

What would be a good wattage for these components. I also plan on over clocking many of these devices. Would also like the room to expand and add more devices(like another hard drive) and/or upgrade.

Any brands of psu to look at as well would;d also be greatly appreciated

Pcpartpicker.com is convenient and has a wattage estimate built in. Also http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp is a good one
