I'm going to get a new graphics card, one that can run Watch Dogs on at least medium/high settings 720p at 60-80 fps. I don't know what card I should get, I live in the Philippines so please don't give Amazon links (or others that don't ship to the Philippines or has expensive shipping) since it costs a lot to ship here. It needs to be below 200 USD.
