you will want a tier 1 or 2 unit preferably. 2b is okay.

i'm using an hx1000 from corsair (tier 2) and so far its been great but the AX would be preferrable. i've heard a few people recommending the evga supernova as well. xfx and seasonic are also top notch. again, anything on that list in the tiers i mentioned.
the first thing to look for is reliability. you dont want a psu failing. hence why i mentioned the tier system.
the second thing to look for is connectivity (does it have all the connections you need).
with you wanting a 1000w psu you will need something at least semi-modular or you will have a complete mess on your hands.
it might not hurt to check how many amps it runs on the rails and compare it with what your hardware needs but as long as your psu is a bit oversized this isnt ...normally... an issue.
