I've been trying to boot my Debian live USB(yes, installed correctly onto USB). However, once I select it, it gives me error: no prefix (something)...

And then all of a sudden the screen goes nuts and throws lines up everywhere. Then, the correct graphical installer pops up but squished up and with lines all through it. It is not comprehensible at all.

The CPU and graphics processors are the AMD E1-2100.

Try it with another distro to see if it is a hardware problem or a Debian problem.

Just fixed it, needed CSM BOOT enabled in BIOS.
