well my cousin in Thailand bought me watch dogs for steam, the game ins`t out in america yet but it is stuck in my inventory... when i click add to library it says "This item cannot be added to your library because it is restricted from your country." i don't know what to do the game releases in 11 days, will i be able to add it to my library when it releases, or is there another solution? :( please help :`(.

The normal answer is NO. Purchases of software in foreign countries includes limitation on use, so what he did was buy the Thailand version, which is ONLY available to Thailand. He would have to contact STEAM and file a trouble ticket about getting refunded for it. Due to Import / Export controls across all International Boundries, software can not be 'exported or imported' without special authorization and fees, usually in the case of a special treaty or such (like the one we have with Canada). You can try to speak to STEAM about it but they would tell you the same things and refer back to your cousin to call in (because they can't tell WHO you are or how Legit your 'story is' just because you said so) to get a refund.
