"Does it look good...?" On a budget of $700, I'd say you've done a fine job.

"...and do i need a CPU Cooler?" Yes, you'll need a CPU cooler. I'd recommend keeping the upper bound around 2000 - 2500 RPM. I'd recommend the 'Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus'; for air cooling and the 'Corsair H80i'; for water cooling.

Just out of interest what games will you be playing?

That's only $602. You could do a lot better with $98 extra.

Didn't mean to make this best solution. but will i need both the water and air cooling things or just one? I may be playing games like World of Warcraft, Minecraft, Diablo, and maybe some FPS but i doubt it, but i mostly just want a good pc to start out with to make youtube videos, maybe stream if this pc can handle it but i doubt it.

“Didn't mean to make this best solution” – Smooth :p .

“…will i need both the water and air cooling things or just one?” – You’ll only need one to draw the heat away from your CPU. Go for the ‘Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus’ – cheaper, easier setup and will quite probably last you longer than the Corsair h80i.

You only need an aftermarket cooler if you want to overclock. If not, the stock cooler will be fine.

So are you actually gonna spend $700 or are you going to keep it at $600?
