First off, let me get the hate out of the way.

Razor kb's are nice, only if you buy the top end models. There mice are generally not any good for people with normal to large hands.

Its not wasted, we have had this disscusion before, 40 pci lanes vs 20, and 2 cards in x16 instead of one in x16 and one in x4 or 2 in x8 is going to limit bandwith to a point where your much better off with a 2011 mobo.

Yeah true, but it's also not worth the investment considering X99 will be out shortly.

FTR, the 880 can not out preform the 780 Ti, afaik from memory restraints and the 5th gen cpu's? not much more then the ivy E's preformance based on what intel has been doing for a fat 5 years. also the monitor i suggested was 700 bucks and had 4k @ 60hz over DP and we don't know when maxwell cards will be able to do this as the 700 series are the only cards in SLI that can do it, no 5/6xx cards will do 4k 60hz over dp while in SLI.

Also, we forgot prepherals, but you can get a nice cherry blue keyboard from ncis for around 25-35 USD and a good mouse for around 50 USD, based on what you like.
