Getting new Graphics card. Looking for opinions.

Getting a new GPU. Trying to stay around 200$ and would prefer AMD. I'm really liking this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125476 partially cause the 2 free games as well.

Also, might get a new Monitor if anyone as any good options around 100$.

Don't cheap out on the graphics. $39 more and you could get the GTX 760, which is a steady improvement against the R9 270X.
