Computer Blue Screen 000000xF4?

My computer is constantly blue screening and it leaves me unable to login unless I'm on safe mode.
This is even after a fresh install of windows 7.

Any suggestions? I've tried changing harddrives and I've reinstalled windows 3 times, I've tried reinstalling the CPU, I've got no idea what else I can do :(

I changed the RAM speed from 1600MHz to 1333MHz.
It worked for an hour or two, but then it blue screened with the same error and now the resolution seems a bit pixelated/stretched.. Any suggestions...?
 
The error code should be 0x000000F4. Have you removed the video card and connected the monitor directly to the motherboard? What you describe in your last post may be caused by a faulty GPU. If removing the GPU doesn't help, you could try with a single memory module at a time. You should use Memtest86+ to check the memory modules to make sure there are no issues (use the XMP profile if you run them at 1600 Mhz).
