Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor $194.99
Arctic Cooling ACFZ11-LP Fluid Dynamic Bearing CPU Cooler $18.13
Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard $57.99
EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card $249.95
Antec EarthWatts Platinum 650W 80+ Platinum Certified ATX Power Supply $99.99
Hitachi Travelstar 1TB 2.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive $74.95
Total $766.49

Sadly that's the best I can put for games to run on Ultra at 60 FPS.

Just letting you know, there is no possible way to get smooth fps in BF4 on ultra on a $500 pc. Medium maybe, Ultra, not possible. But for your build, go with an AMD APU for now.

Heres a build thats just around your budget http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3Lzj7

Go for an athlon 4 or fx 6300
For the mobo go for the cheapest 970 mobo you can find
For the ram get either 1x4gb of ram and add another one later or get 2x4 gb of ram
For the hdd get the cheapest 1tb hdd from hitachi / wd
for the video card go for a 270x
for the case go for the cheapest case you can find that has good reviews
for the power supply get a cheap 80+ bronze 500w or more psu from evga , antec , corsair , xfx if possible

should look like this :

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($108.00 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Kingston Blu 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($34.99 @ Best Buy)

Case: Thermaltake VL80001W2Z ATX Mid Tower Case ($24.99 @ Micro Center)

hurry for that psu it's a super great deal , it's semi modular , 80+ bronze and offers enough wattage for your build , and it is also in tier 2 which is perfect
or you can get 2x4gb of ram for ~30 more bucks than the build above

why do people say that it is not good for gaming anymore? Will it do titanfall and watchdogs?

It all depends of the gpu
It will play titanfall smoothly at ultra , but you might have to lower the settings on watch dogs , right now i can't tell , because the game isn't out yet
