OCing an i7 2600(Not K)

I know few things about ocing a non K model. I know there is a limit to how much I can OC, but that does not mean that I can't do it. And I know that you will reccomend getting a 3rd party cooler, advice which I will disregard since under full load my CPU never gets over 62C.
I have a z68 Gigabyte mobo .

My question is : How do I do it? Through the BIOS? Software? How?

With the mobo uefi - if you have one. Else you'll have to use bios. clocks, voltages and fan rpm will need altering. It'll need testing (Prime 95)

Can I OC adequately without raising the voltage? Also wont the fans auto rotate harder since there will be higher temps?( the Second questions is simple as this : Why alter fan RPM? Won't it the fans run as fast as they have to?)

Trying to OC with no CPU cooler and a locked CPU. Not the best idea in the world to be honest.
