Is i7 4770 worth the extra £60 over the i5 4670?

Tittle says it all, is it worth getting the i7 over i5. I am gonna use the pc mainly for gaming and productivity and even some coding ( Lazarus, Visual Basic, python etc). Will I benefit from the i7 or is i5 enough for my needs ?

Take a look at the Xeon 1230v3.

If you're using a dedicated video card then it would be the perfect choice.

Runs at 3.7GHz, almost identical to the i7 4770 and lacks an IGP.

It costs a lot less.
