How about this gaming build ?

Solution
Swapped to a better motherboard that can handle FX 83** cpu.
A non reference 290
A good quality power supply for single gpu. Corsair CX series aren't great. They use cheap caps.
Kingston SSDNow V300 uses cheap flash memory so it doesn't meet the advertised speed. A SSD is not necessary for gaming.
