So I changed my graphics card and put my new one back in. When i start up my computer the Motherboard info show like normal and so does the BIOS. The Windows 8 logo shows up and it shows it loading. After it loads the screen goes black and remains black. The only thing I can see is my mouse cursor when i move my mouse. I don't know what the problem is. It could be the motherboard r the gpu. Someone please help.

Check you plugged your card in properly - to the pcie slot (and locked) and the power supply connectors. Make sure your using the right connectors on the graphics card to connect to your monitor - see graphics card and monitor specs.

I took it out a couple of times to check but I have put it properly. It used to work fine about 2 weeks ago when I tried it for about a week. I have even changed the connection from dvi to VGA. By the way if you want to know, my graphics card is An ASUS HD5450 Silent 1gb.
