Hello,

About 3 months ago I got an alienware laptop Mx18 with a intel core I7 4800MQ which runs at 2.7ghz or 3.1ghz if I use intel turbo booster, dual Gtx 770M and 16 GB ram (not sure on the rest).
Also I have warranty till 20/1/15
The computer broke about 3 weeks of me getting it and then they came and fixed it after a week of me waiting. They refitted heatsink and both my graphics cards.
It then after 3 weeks broke again and it took them 2 weeks of my grandparents waiting in everyday for them to come fix it, and they got me an upgrade of having 2 Gtx 780M's, but my CPU was kept the same, which means my GPU's can't run to their capacity and the same PSU was kept, at this point I am not sure what to do as it has some beauty specs but the CPU seems to be in the dark ages in terms of my GPU's, why should I do? Should I call up alienware and explain my situation and see if they will upgrade me or what??? Or am I overlooking something else?

Please help me

Thanks a bunch!
Leon

I doubt the 4800MQ will bottle neck the two GPUs. Games rely far more on the GPU than the CPU, and the 4800mq should be perfectly capable of handling the games. Do you notice any performance loss?
