My GPU max says 100%. Playing Titanfall and Tombraider at ultra settings. The temperature never goes above 70 degrees though. Should I be concerned?

not really, utilization of 100 (close to it) is normal on demanding games. just waatch the temp

What are your specs? 100% isn't a bad thing, it just means your GPU is completely utilized by the game.

4670k, asus 280x, z87x oc. At what temperatures should I be worried for my stock 280x and 4670k? Planning to OC both.

The reason it is at 100% is because the CPU is so powerful that it can output more data than the GPU, this is called a bottleneck (not a serious one though).

For the GPU 70C is fine, I would say keeping it under 80C would be a good idea. The CPU is pretty much the same, 70C is acceptable, but try to keep it under 65C (possibly longer component life).

Agree as long as your GPU temp is at or around 70c you are just fine. I would not worry about it. The fact that your GPU is at or close to 100% just means that it is doing what it should and that is rendering the game not a problem at all.
