Hi,

I have phenom II 965 BE and been thinking to overclock it to 4.0 ghz so which type should i get ? and also i will upgrate it to 8 core fx series as soon as i get the chance and overclock it too.

CoolerMaster evo 212 in my mind and its price is my limit for my budget. I dont care about the noise because i have used the amd stock cooler for five years. The only thing I care about is safe temprature limit with long use.

Seidon 120v has nearly same price with the other one, i dont know anything else about water cooling system though. (like its maintenance etc.)

My motherboard is 970a-ud3p and i haven't overclocked my cpu yet.

PS: I wont overclock my Phenom If i shouldn't. 8 core FX is more important for me to overclock it, I dont know their temprature ranges and voltage limits though.

I have found TPC 812 as an another option but i couldn't find compare against evo 212 their price are same though. Which one is best for overclocking ? Is evo 212 still preferable against TPC 812 ? Vapor chamber sounds good which evo has not.

You need to be careful in forums. Take what we all say with a grain of salt, so to speak. rely more on expert reviews.
That is how you can see better how these coolers stack up against each other. The reviews I have seen rate the TPC812 slightly better than the 212 Evo. If you are in the US there is one cooler you should look at. the "Swiftec Polaris 120". It has 5, 8mm Direct touch heat pipes. There is a a review @ Xbitlabs. It will work on most any ATX board in most any Mid tower case.I have used it to cool my Fx 9590@ 4.7 Ghz. 5.0Ghz Turbo. It did fine. It is available @ Swiftec/Rouchon Ent. Just
Google it. The fan will cover the fist memory slot but if you have normal size ram it wil not be a problem. and it ia a hair over 6 inches...
