Hello there, I am going to build a new pc and I wonder... if it would be better to buy a FX 6300 with 2x4gb ram at 1866ghz

OR

a FX 8320 and a 1x4gb ram at 1866ghz and upgrade to 8gb in some months...... I am going to buy a ga-790-a ud3p motherboard... what do you think? would 4gb ram be enough for the games which are coming out nowadays for some months?

The 1866ghz helps the situation by improving the speed, and as I said I have money for a fx 8320 and 1 4gb ram or fx 6300 and 2 4gb rams, I want to put a evo 212 cpu cooler... so I am able to o.c.

The FX 6300 will run any new game, 4Gb of RAM however won't. For example the upcoming Watch Dogs requires a minimum of 6Gb of RAM.

Yeah sure, but will fx 6300 will be enough for future games? I gonna o.c. it anyway to at least 4,0-4,2ghz... maybe at start only using the turbo boost...

Yes I suspect it will be fine, looking at most games they require a hefty GPU, while the CPU and RAM are not as important.

That GPU will run games well. While games like to have a really good GPU, the minimum GPU on most titles are fairly weak.

there's NOT going to be a big difference. I run 1333. doesn't hurt anything. not even my ego.

I have both a 6300 and 8320. The 6300 generally clocks higher and uses less voltage doing so. It also generates less heat. Therefore chances are it will be the better, faster pick for you.
