Would you suggest any changes in the build such as better components in the same price bracket?

Change the power supply to something from XFX, Seasonic or Corsair (TX, HX and AX only). The Corsair VS units are bad quality.

Should Seasonic ECO 500 Watts PSU be enough? Higher models push my budget a bit too much! i don't plan to OC.

As above ,it looks good except for the power supply. Make sure that the power supply is a single rail PSU.

Start with 4GB RAM and maybe you can get a slightly better gpu for the same price.
