Do the cables to the PSU need to click and be fully in?

I have the 650B-BEFX and I've pushed most of the cables in so I can't see the pin like things anymore but the largest one I can still see them and I can't really push it in any more.

The 24 pin connector should push fully home. You need to support the mobo when pushing it on. Make sure you've got it around the right way.

I still can't push it all in!!!! It goes in easily but then I can't push it in any more, I can still see the pins.

I've got a fully modular PSU and I'm trying to plug it into the PSU not the mobo.

Check your psu instructions. They should fit.

You should give make not just model. I thought it was an old mobo.
