Basically, when I play games on this GPU, there are occasional (pretty rare, and not so noticeable at times) textures being stretched and shadows flickering. It doesn't really spoil my games in any way, but I guess I am pretty worried. I downgraded my drivers from Catalyst 14.4 to 13.12 and the problems were gone in most games or the problem was much more rare, but then, Battlefield 4 started to have these issues more frequently. Whereas in the Catalyst 14.4, they weren't as frequent or the issues were gone in this game completely. I downclocked the OC a bit and the problems appear to be gone atm, but I would still love to keep the OC as I paid the extra money for a stable factory OC and good cooling. On the other hand, I would think that the drivers are the culprit, but I am worried about the possibility of my card being faulty.

Any help and advice greatly appreciated.

You answered your own question really. Since your issues went away after down-clocking the cards can't handle the overclock.

I don't understand why you'd think it was the drivers if you solved your problem by downclocking...

You either have to RMA the card for another one, settle for a lower clock speed, or try to get better cooling through the case which may help.

Try opening catalyst control centre and making sure under the 'Gaming' tab, that the settings are all set to 'Use application settings'

Yes, maybe it's not the drivers but the fact Sapphire factory OC'd the card and it can't handle it is bugging me. I want to have a stable, factory OC I paid extra money for!

Update:
I have used MSI Afterburner and bumped up the power limit AND used the factory OC clocks. Ran Heaven Benchmark again and no artifacts anymore in places where they normally were. Just slight shadow flickering from time to time which I had on the downclocks too, but I guess it's safe to say that the drivers are the culprit here.
