Suggestion for new build integrated graphic

hello, i'm planning to build a pc but because of low budget i need to wait until i can afford graphic card. So can it play Dota 2 decently with the integrated graphic?

Spec : G3220 3ghz, AsrockH81m, Kingston 120GB ssd, 4gb kingston value ram, 420w PSU

Also between radeon hd 7790 and r7 250 which one should i go for? or any other graphic between their price

Your integrated GPU meets the requirements for the game.
You should be able to play it fine on about medium settings.
