can this psu run a gtx 750

i wanna know if i could stick a gtx 750 in this computer all i need is yes or now and i did wattage calculter and i cam out in the 190 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... it would be nice if someone could tell me if i could put a gtx 750 in that pc

Yes.
I see no issues here. The GTX750Ti is roughly rated for a 300W and it's a better card. The CPU in the above system is a 2-core modern CPU so it shouldn't be very demanding.

At almost $550 (system + GTX750) it would be interesting to see if you could build a better machine.

Use this as a guide if you have thoughts of building. You might as well since the cost is identical but you get a slightly better system (no keyboard or mouse though). The 760K is a 4-core CPU and will perform better at times than the 2-core Intel depending on how well threaded the game or program is.
