How much power would i need to run the Asus Rog Gtx 760 x2 sli. i currently have a silver + but its 90% efficentcy psu and its actually gold rating from corsair - 850w
i checked some reviews and they say it should run but on pcpartpicker.com it says they draw like 350w each. i know that sometimes it will sya that cause its trying to keep u safe to overclock will i be able to run it though and could i still oc my i5 4670k to 4.8ghz and have them run sli. here is my current parts list but the gpu or gpus i dont have yet.

So i assume you mean the ASUS MARS GTX760 with x2 gpus, and not two MARS with a total of 4 gpus.

The 850w should be plenty for a dual-gpu setup, would run on a 750w.

EDIT: Go 780 SLI instead, the 850w would be enough there, less heat, probably even close to same performance, since the 4th card/gpu core is almost never getting any performance increase at all over 3 cards/cores, more cards= worse scaling.

If you are going for SLI you will need a new PSU at least 950 if not 1000w also I don't know if you read the warnings on the website but it does say that you will have to remove the drive bays to install the new graphic cards I don't know if you will have enough room for two..

I wouldnt bother with two of them, Go for 2x 780 ti. 3and 4 way sli has bad diminishing returns.

I agree, getting two of those cards is a VERY BAD way to go.
1) Rapidly diminishing returns
2) Other SLI issues beyond x2 SLI
3) Not enough Video RAM for this performance level (2 GB per GPU is still effectively 2GB usable even with four of them as the data is cloned in SLI)

So either go with 2xGTX780 or 2xGTX780Ti but absolutely not what you're planning.
