Hello. Few days ago I changed thermal paste on my CPU and to make the job easy I removed the graphics card and RAM. Now keep in mind that everything was working without a problem whatsoever. When I put everything back in my Motherboard didn't detect the graphics card as if it wasn't there at all and obviously neither was it seen in Device manager. The card itself works because I tested it on another PC, I tried everything:
-Cleaning pins and slots
-Trying second PCIE slot
-Resetting CMOS
-Disabling IGPU

My question is, could both PCIE slots die at the same time or is there a some component that powers/supports them?

P.S. Sorry for bad English its not my first language

Motherboard - ASRock Z77 Extreme4
CPU - i5 2400 @ 3.1 Ghz
Graphics Card - GTX 560
RAM - 8GB 1600Mhz
PSU - 700W
HDD - WD Velociraptor 500GB

Yes the power is delivering because the fans are spinning and the LED lights are flashing on the card. Its like a ghost card

Yes, there are no problems with drives. I also think that it could be a power issue cause both PCIE slots dont work. probably need to get a good power suply
