Hi, this might be a little long, but I'll try to keep it as short as I can.
Okay, so two or three days ago I had to hard reset my computer, when I booted it up this message appeared: http://i.imgur.com/z9pErPP.jpg

Translation: "Edit Windows-startup options for Windows 7
File path \windows\system32\winload.exe
Partition: 2
Harddrive: bd555652
[ /noexecuet=OPTIN"

I pressed enter and everything started up fine. When I tried to click a drop down menu in Spotify however I noticed that the menu disappeared right away, it was like I clicked it and then clicked somwhere else. I couldn't right click either. When I opened Firefox this started to happen: http://i.imgur.com/qLy5Y3g.gif and I pretty much couldn't do anything in the browser. Also I couldn't open minimized programs, I had more random problems like this, but nothing was wrong with my mouse, I tried different mice, different USB outputs, I updated drivers etc. Nothing worked so I restarted the computer. Same thing happened on three restarts, but then Windows wanted to update, I updated it and then when I started it up it updated one more time. When I started it up for the second time everything worked again. Now have the same exact problem unfortunetaly. This time I just restarted it because I had so much crap open and this time it said something like "Couldn't find disk, to restart click CtrL+Alt+Del", this has happened before and it always just starts up normally after maybe the second or third reboot. When I restarted the computer that same message popped up like in the picture I linked and the same problem occured again.

This time there is no update option, though. I have tried everything I can think of, I have restarted it, on the power button, in the start menu, I have pulled the plug and all that stuff, but the same God damn message appears every time I boot it up and my mouse still works horribly.

If anyone knows any solution or anything I can do then please respond.

P.S. Sorry if my English is off, I'm not a native speaker and I don't have spellcheck on this computer.
