low profile cpu watercooler for fm2+

Hello everyone. I have an a10 7850k and I would like to overclock it.for this however im going to need a better cooler than stock, and due to size constraints in my case I need something low profile, so basically I need an aio cpu watercooler. The real problam is that my mobo has circuits under the socket so I need a backplate that either has pads or is raised or something. On top of all this it needs to be under 60$ to fit my budget. Thanks in advance

I have the cooler master elite 130. It only has 3-4 inches of clearance above the cpu. I am aware of that, I have some 1600 mhz kingston hyperx ram I got for free that I am planning on ocing to 1866 mhz as well, until i have the dough to get a higher stock level memory. I appreciate the suggestion but I would really prefer a watercooler, so I dont have any fear of high temps on the cpu or in the ambient air in the case. i also have an asrock a88x fm2+ mitx mobo, if it matters.
