Best setup for gaming? And will run the game in smooth

GPU: Sapphire R9-270X Dual X OC 2GB
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 (rev. 4.0)
RAM: Gskill RipjawsX Red 4GBx2 Dual 1600
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
ROM: Samsung SH-224 24x DVD Writer
PSU: Corsair VS550 Power Supply
Case: Cooler Master K350

INTEL

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K
GPU: Sapphire R9-270X Dual X OC 2GB
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z87M-D3H
RAM: Gskill RipjawsX Red 4GBx2 Dual 1600
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB

The i5-4670K with a conservative overclock is the superior gaming cpu.
Look at a current gen Z97 based motherboard, it should cost about the same.

I might suggest that you will get more balanced gaming with a stronger graphics card. Perhaps a GTX770.
I might suggest a R9-280X which is a similar performer, but which seems to have some user satisfaction issues.
