Best setup for gaming? And will run the game in smooth

The i5-4670K with a conservative overclock is the superior gaming cpu.
Look at a current gen Z97 based motherboard, it should cost about the same.

I might suggest that you will get more balanced gaming with a stronger graphics card. Perhaps a GTX770.
I might suggest a R9-280X which is a similar performer, but which seems to have some user satisfaction issues.
