When my graphics card is installed , i get all kinds of problems(Crashes, black screens,BSOD).
When i remove the card and use the integrated graphics of the 4770k, system works without a single problem. So it looks like a gpu problem.

How can i be sure that the Power supply is ok? Computer works fine wihtout the card, (but can it be that the psu cant handle the gpu load?). Also i check the 12V with Aida64 under gpu load, it looks ok too?

Can it still be a PSU problem? is there a way to test it?

PSU is Seasonic 750W Gold

you can take out the power supply and use a Multi meter to test it make sure everything is getting the correct voltage but this isn't always 100% accurate as it might be faulty underload and still have good readings when you test it. You can also purchase a power supply tester to test it automatically.

If you use a multi meter you have to be very careful as with any electrical components and you basically have to short the power supply to be able to test it.

if you really want to test it i would suggest an actual PSU tester.

A normal PSU tester won't test it under load. The testers that can test under load(what the good review places use) are expensive. In your case buying a cheap psu tester is a waste, it won't tell you anything you don't already know, since the system will work with out the video card. Can you test the video card in another systems(maybe a friends)? It either the PSU or the GPU, where you have a Seasonic(usually very reliable) I'd lean more towards the gpu.
