Not sure offhand, perhaps hidden files or permissions issues?

I would either use a built in utility like Robocopy which can be set to output to a text file. This will tell you if any files/folders are skipped. We use this a fair amount for clients because it's built in to Windows and can help transfer all files along with permissions and whatnot.

I'm sure there are probably free file transfer utilities out there that can help also but I don't have any particular experience with those.

1. You can't just drag and drop applications. Games count as applications.

2. WinDirStat can help visualize where that space is. Hidden Files, maybe?
