After Market CPU cooler to survive the Texas Heat

Hey for this build can you guys think of a good cheap aftermarket CPU cooler! http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3tTuM

It must survive the Austin Texas Summer with an average temp of 97 degrees.

we have one, do you think I actually need a cooler or am I fine without one? I plan to put it into a conrer of my room upstairs.

It should come with a cooler, but it never hurt to get a better one like animal suggested.
When you live in Taxes, you will have the a/c on, all the time.
