don't have a large budget would gtx 660 or even 750ti work good.

I think 660 will be enought for high. I play on ultra with a 770 (even in raids when things go wild)

World of Warcraft doesn't require the most modern GPU's on the market. a 750 ti is more than fine. A wired internet connection or a good wireless connection is more important for WoW.

I have a GTX680 and i7-3770K and dropped below 60FPS a few times, so be careful with the tweaking of settings. If you have a good CPU aim to get a solid 60FPS VSYNC ON experience.
