I bought a new mouse for not so long ago, and I've noticed that the mouse cursor flickers and sometimes it stoppes working when I'm on the desktop (can't right click or drag over the screen). It disapperas after a couple of seconds and goes back to normal. Is there a way to fix this? Or is it a bug in Windows 8?
