i want to set one of this board with a Intel Core i3-3240 and i may progress my CPU to a i5-4570 in future, i want to choos a stable and cool board , what is your opinion about my choos , which one is better?

No. If you want to overclock you have to get a i5 4670k and a Z87 or Z97 motherboard which is much more expensive.
The AMD option is a FX 8320 with a 990FX motherboard which is similar priced to an i5 4670k and a Z87 or Z97 motherboard

"If the ts wants to start with a dualcore and upgrade later to an overclockable cpu like the 4690K should he get a z97 chipset motherboard. The 4670K should work with that too if buying a second hand cpu at that time."

thanks guys but a Z97 mobo prices here is about 1000$ so i keep with a cheaper options

Socket 1155 isn't that old and still performs well if you want to stay with intel.Just make sure that the cpu is for the same socket,
for motherboards that support overclocking look at the Z75 and Z77 chipsets.
For the cpu that fit this socket,
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/cpu/#k=14&s=11,12,13
only the "K"models can overclock.

For haswell can you also look at socket 1150 with the Z87 chipset, but the newer i5 4690K probably isn't supported right away but probably later with bios updates it just might.

The fx cpu's do fine too if you want to go that route for less money.

Which cpu?

If it's just for that could you try a rma or just get a better mobo.
