Hey Everyone, it's my first time building a system and I'm actually a little scared. Here's the link to my part list. (CLICK). I'm looking to build my first Gaming PC and want it to run ok. My questions are below.

1) Will I need more fans? If so which kind would you recommend? I would like LED's please! (I'm getting Hyper Evo 212 Evo for the CPU as you can see).

2) Should I go for the 280 or 280X? Not sure which is the best bang for buck? Is it really worth it?

Also just give me general suggestions thanks! This is my FIRST EVER build (Already got most of the small stuff!

So you're saying I should ump down to the 280 standard not the 280X? I don't wanna bump the price an additional $50 ish. I kept bumping and went from a sub $600 build to a sup $800 build. My budget is maxed, all I have room for now is smaller items.

For $30 more you can add in the 212 evo, but you could always add in the CPU cooler later.

Thanks, looking for more opinions because a quick search on this site gave me the conclusion that it will NOT bottleneck whatsoever. Some even say the 6300 can handle ALOT more than just the 280X. Thanks though, it is something to consider (upgrading CPU)

Def. Something to consider. Thanks! I like you actually laid it out, but do you think I'll be fine without an AF CPU Cooler?

Sorry but that is not true. Even the 8320 and 8350 limit high end GPUs compared to an intel i5.

The 6300 is comparable to an i3 in alot of games. It will DEFINITELY bottleneck a 280x in plenty of games.

It will be fine if you do not overclock your CPU.

That being said, the stock coolers are known to be noisy so if you could have a cpu cooler in your budget I would go for it.

Ok, as I said I DO respect your opinion, but alot of people say differently. I'm keeping all my option open and I'm looking to upgrade my CPU after seeing the low cost if I cut the CPU Fan.

Ok is this better for only $10 more w/ rebate? http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FLMKNE0/?tag=pcpapi-20

IMO the price doesn't justify the card. I'd rather go with the HIS 280x and get a 212 EVO. Both cards will offer very similar performance.

In reality it will be different in each game. In some games, there will be no bottleneck, in others, there will be a non-noticeable bottleneck. In some games that do not like AMD, or are only coded for 2 cores, you might see a bottleneck. I'm not saying your performance will be ruined in every game, but technically there will be a bottleneck in some games.

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/call-of-duty-ghosts-pc-performance,3683-10.html here is an example. All the CPUs on that chart are paired with the same GPU. As you can see, the 6300 performs significantly worse than even a 2 generation old i5.

Ok so I decided to get the 8320 w/ R9 290X, thanks for help with that subject. Now I wanna know a few more things, do you think there will be better sales on Memorial Day or Fathers Day? Looking for a good deal as well you know. Also, what Fans/ Lighting will really make this case shine. I have the Shinobi Windowed from BitFenix and I wanna try to light it up nicely (The grills running parallel on the front and the window). As I said I've never done this so lighting is new to me. Thanks

Do not expect any real different sales from any other day. Just buy the stuff when you have the money. Don't wait for sales.

I do not like LEDs or lights so I don't know much about that. Most people just seem to use LED fans. If you want, you can change the fans out with LED ones.

Very nice build. The parts were all excellent for the price. The two fans should be sufficient for the time being, so what I would do is monitor temps when gaming and see if they are within range of the 280x/8350( they should be). When you add LEDS to the build is when you should add extra fans just to improve the overall airflow of the build.

Ok, I'll add the fans at a later time as suggested. Every purchase was just made final. Here's the absolute final build for now. No if ands or buts, this is what I ordered. Thanks for all your help!
