what about the gold pin of the card that i have a slight harm..? the back is all down as whe going to the front (where are the output for hdmi , vga) have a slight ascent

OOPS read that backwards - LOL. If you look at the video you see the slot, there is a latch device in 'front', that would be what your fitting snuggly into the front and 'pop' or 'click to secure down'. It may take several tries but that video seesm the most 'generic' way to demonstrate. If your really nervous take it to a Mom and Pop IT store to have them seat it correctly. Yes none of the 'gold' should be stickign out on one end but NOT the other. If it sits firmly on one end the other end would as well (straight line). Occasionally I gotten LARGE cards that both ends a little 'gold' could be seen, but again it was uniform FROM BACK TO FRONT... not just one end is higher (that means it needs to be reseated).

well this is a hardware problem you got there. Take it to the support centers and get it repaired there. Don't get your hands dirty. and if your warranty is still valid they may even fix it for free.Take it to the experts man, that's what i would say

it is not gone, it has just a slight ascent in the angle to the right and its not touching the other gold lines, that happened when i tried to remove the gpu from the socket cause i've seen that its not inserted propertly and then i checked that the line have been harmed but its not gone. later i have insert it again in the socket and the problem is the same, its not fit properly. i will manage to fit it gently. thank you very much mate, cheers!
