HI,
I am planning to buy below today:
- AMD FX 8320 processor
- gigabyte ga-970a-ds3 motherboard or MSI 970A-G46 Motherboard
- corsair vengeance 4gb RAM

Please suggest me :
- which one of above MB's would be good (or suggest any other ATX MB in case there any compatibiliy issues)
- good compatible power supply and processor cooler.

Well, ver 3 of the GB mobo doesn't support the CPU, and the MSI mobo doesn't even show a compatibility list, so with the 970 chipset, I'd suggest the Asus M5A97 R2.0, which does support the CPU ;)

can you please suggest a good power supply and processor cooler?
Also, I have an old Nvidia 9600 GT graphics card... will that work on Asus M5A97 r2.0 MB or shal I buy a new one?

the 9600 GT will work fine - on a PSU - any plans for aany particular GPU in the future - be good to get a psu now that would be able to handle a planned future purchase now, rather than having to replace it in a few months, in general a decent 600-620 will handle most all single GPU setups, so might look at the SeaSonic 620s
