It's a k series processor so... do you want to overclock? You could save a bunch of cash by moving down to a non-k cpu. It's a strange request to ask for a budget board with that sort of cpu.

I don't actually have the CPU now, but when I've got the second GTX 760, I will get the 4770k. Also, I don't plan on doing much overclocking.

There's no point in paying a premium for a k series cpu if you're not going to use it, the entire point of a k series cpu is that you can overclock it. The people who typically buy a k series will also spend on aftermarket coolers, overclocking motherboards, and overclocking ram. All are premium items.

Spectre694 has a good suggestion for your current situation.

Thanks for the advice! I think I will just go with the i7 4770 but I actually have considered OCing now. The only reason I didn't want to before is because I didn't know that only certain motherboards could overclock. When I try overclocking on the board I have now, I just get a blue screen. The last thing I want to say is that I am going with this motherboard: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00D12OBEU/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=AOT9MO389M5IR. Reason being is because it uses OC genie which automatically OCs your CPU, and it looks pretty sweet! Also it is easier for me since I don't have to make a new accounts or anything like that! Again thanks for the help!
