Hiya! We'll need to know the size of your computer case for any reccomendations but I can tell you now that a mITX case and board won't work.
Also it helps to know which processor you will be using.
Case: Corsair Carbide Series 200D
CPU: i7 4770k
It's a k series processor so... do you want to overclock? You could save a bunch of cash by moving down to a non-k cpu. It's a strange request to ask for a budget board with that sort of cpu.
I don't actually have the CPU now, but when I've got the second GTX 760, I will get the 4770k. Also, I don't plan on doing much overclocking.
There's no point in paying a premium for a k series cpu if you're not going to use it, the entire point of a k series cpu is that you can overclock it. The people who typically buy a k series will also spend on aftermarket coolers, overclocking motherboards, and overclocking ram. All are premium items.
Spectre694 has a good suggestion for your current situation.
