My son plays games like WOW, Minecraft, Skyrim....etc. I want those games to play on max or ultra settings. Will I be able to accomplish this with a GTX 760...770....or do I need even more power than those?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Solution
I don;t see the point of running two SSD in raid when one SSD is already good enough.
Also, overkill on power supply if only using a single gpu setup. A 650W would be enough including overclocking and headroom.
Good brands: Antec, Coolermaster V series, Corsair(AX, HX,TX series), EVGA Supernova G2 series, Seasonic or XFX.
760 can already play ultra settings but a GTX 770 can play ultra at near or over 60 fps which is what most gamers aim for.
So GTX 770 if you can fit it in. Get the 4Gb version if it doesn't cost too much from the cheapest 2GB 760. And get a non-reference graphic card, dual fans cooler are fine.
