Hey guys!
I have a small netbook (Packard Bell dot s) with a Intel Atom N2600, 1.6Ghz and Dual Core (Quad with Hyperthreading) and I want to ,[try to] play League of Legends on it. For that, I'd theoretically need to overclock to atleast 2.0 (or 2.10/16 atleast). I wanted to ask if the 2.0 overclock (0.4Ghz) would really change the temperature or damage the computer (and the 2.10Ghz if you may)
Thanks!

P.S: I have 1Gb DDR3 RAM, LoL suggests 2Gb - If I use the virtual ram feature within windows, does it count?

No matter what processor you put in your notebook, it will still heat up if you try to OC it.
They are made to be small, and I suggest either getting an upgrade or doing with what you have now.
Of course, if you bought a faster processor and put it in there and it runs at 2.0GHz then you could still play LoL, but it might generate a little of heat in there.

I suggest an upgrade, but if you do want to go ahead I suggest not.
Overclocking a netbook is a bad idea, they are made to be portable and that's it. They are not made for overclocking. If you tried to, it would heat up greatly and the risks are very high in that situation.

I do not suggest overclocking it AT ALL.

OEM computers aren't overclockable. There are no settings in the bios. You really should save and upgrade. That thing probably won't even surf the web anymore.
