Over-Heating of my Graphics Card

My gc : amd r7 250 1gb ddr3
temp when playing games like cod blackops 2 , etc is more then 90 degree Celsius and the rpm is 78K +!!! yeah .. i repeate its 78k + !!!
Do tell me what can i do now... the card is only 2 days old , bought it the day before yesterday :'(

I doubt the card's fan is running at 78,000 RPM. The plastic fan would come apart long before it reached that speed. What are you using to get these numbers?

Impossible! 78,000 RPM would rip it to pieces, that fan is only capable of around 4500 RPM, it is not correct, at all, Even if it does say that. If it somehow were at that speed, it would be so loud, you wouldn't be able to hear your own voice.

yes PSU can, but sounds to me like your card is having some serious issues.

..
so should i force them to replace the card or should i make them give me a new one?

It depends where you bought it. Newegg's policy is to replace only. If the place is reputable, they will replace the card with a new one.
