Bottleneck my GPU and CPU

I have an Intel 2 quad core 2.5ghz and just bought a 420 watt power supply with a Geforce 750 ti slim from galaxy, so far it has worked great. I am just scared if i have the requirements to run this GPU on my computer

you have more than enough. the gpu is low power usage for the perfomance you get. the cpu is good enough not to bottleneck it in single threaded games... so yeah your fine.
