i would swap the ram out for ddr3 1600 cas 7 or 8 theres no real world benefit in gaming with the faster ram on an intel build as it is limited by the mmu built onto the cpu... using faster than 1600 ram limits you to 1 stick per channel which in this case would limit you to the 8 gigs you initially buy.
so choosing 1600 ram will allow you to fill up the other slots at a later date with out having to dump the ram you already had.
